How do I make a reservation if I do not see a price quote or Book It option?

Any change to your reservation online by yourself or by the customer care representative in the office will result in an email confirmation to the e-mail address listed in the reservation. This confirmation will include all details about your reservation highlighting price difference or charges to your credit card in case of prepaid rides. If you did not enter an email ID at the time of booking you can call the office and request them to resend the confirmation to any mail ID that you can access and keep a local copy.
Do I need to enter my flight details to make a reservation online?
No. Flight details are not mandatory.However, if this information is made available, our dispatchers can keep track of change in flight status and ensure timely pick up by our drivers.
Can I manage my reservation online ?
Yes, you can. You need to register with us online and create your own account with Marylandshuttle. Once you register you will receive an user ID and password via email that you can use to SignIn and manage your reservations all by yourselves. As a registered user, you will also receive promotional offers, if any, going forward.
Where will my driver pick me up at the airport?
Please note that airport regulations require us to pick you up at the outside curb in front of your exit at Reagan National and BWI Airports. - at the lower level of the terminal.
At IAD Airport in Dulles:
Your driver will pick you up in the hourly parking lot across from the lower level exit. Pickup will be between rows 15 and 17.
Please call us at 301-222-2222 and let us know when you have claimed your baggage and are ready for pickup. Your driver will be standing by at a location near the terminal.
Will my driver wait if I my arrival is late?
Your driver will wait for you up to 90 minutes after your scheduled pickup time, after which they will be released in order to serve other passengers who genuinely need us. The driver's pickup time is your flight arrival time.
I need to cancel my reservation
Maryland Shuttle understand your travel plans may change. With that in mind, we provide you with a very simple cancellation policy: regardless of whether you made your reservation online or via our phone number (301) 222-2222, just give us 6 hours notice prior to your pickup time and we will give you a full refund. Refunds normally show up on your credit card account within 2 to 7 business days.

What are the restrictions on luggage?
Our luggage policy closely follows that of airlines. A good rule of thumb is two checked bags and one carry on. If your checked bags exceed 50 pounds or the total dimensions for the checked bags exceed 80 inches (add length + width + height), or if you'll be carrying a surfboard, crate, skis or other large items, please call our offices for special instructions.
